Curiously, most people don’t cook it correctly! That’s right, top chefs recommend cooking Spaghetti Bolognaise with Pork mince or a combination of Pork and Beef mince or Pork and Veal mince.

Bolognaise refers to the sauce – heavily tomato based – so don’t be afraid to mix up the pasta if you want to try it with tagliatelle, pappardelle or fettucine.
